Tai Chi Chuan Class for Beginners

Location: Camarillo Buddhist Center
We practice a simplified 10 movements Tai Chi Chuan short form.
It completes its routine within 5 minutes.
This short form is a great for the beginners to learn.
You have access to many helpful resources to practice at home.
In this class, you focus on finding your center,
keeping a good posture, and letting go the tension from your body.
Each class, we practice movements repeatedly,
including warm-ups and meditation.
